My job at Telewest as Head of Design was to design, create and implement with my team and the development team new sites, micro sites, content and internal communications across the board for blueyonder and Telewest.
We redesigned the blueyonder and Telewest sites on numerous occasions, improving existing and new customer sections, reworking content requirements using user testing and A-B testing, making the call to actions more obvious and generally trying to bring product that worked and was informative to the end user. As part of the design role my proudest moment (I was their for five years learning my trade) as to produce a microsite that helped and informed users about the internet and various sites that could help them with the little things that make such a difference in our lives. The end result led me to build my client preview site, which I still use and update (it has become part of this site too) on an almost daily basis.
