As part of Speedos' brand redesign and image makeover, DesignUk were appointed to redesign their website to bring it inline with a newly developed set of brand and style guidelines.
The IA and conceptual thinking were al done in-house and pitched to Speedo before any of the design work was begun, in order to ensure that the client understood the direction that we wanted to take was inline with their vision.
Whilst designing, a host of new technologies and development tools were discussed and used in order to make the Speedo experience one that the end users would come back, not just because of the products. As a leader in their filed, DesignUk wanted this to be emulated online. The results were well received and Speedo have appointed DesignUk the opportunity to redesign their new online presence which I am looking forward to seeing.
