Northcliff Adboss commissioned Fortune Cookie to redesign their advertising application to reduce the drop out rate and to increase sales. The result was to focus on the user activity and to determine where the main drop out areas occurred and to simplify the design and make to language used during the steps clearer and focused on what was expected of the user. Inhouse and external user A/B testing provided us with the information to make these changes, whilst the simplified design approach lead to a 67% decrease in drop outs.
Design and production were all directed by myself with feedback from focus groups and the client.
